After the enormous success of Jordan Business of War SOFEX Tour, we are now proud to announce our Unseen Egypt and Egypt Defence Expo Tour! This trip has us seeing the lesser known parts of Cairo and Egypt, before taking part as official delegates at EDEX, one of the biggest arms fairs in the world.
We’ll be exploring the City of the Dead – an impressive neighbourhood composed of old buildings which have been now occupied by the poorer classes of the country. A frenetic hustle and bustle amongst ruins.
A trip to Egypt has to take in some pyramids of course, but it doesn`t have to be the ones you’ve seen on a thousand postcards…we will take you to the bent pyramid and the red pyramid as well as the pyramid of Djoser which are seen much less and will leave us much more space for exploration.
The next two days will be spent exploring the White Desert, an incredible place with a landscape made of white chalk rock, before a triumphant return to Cairo.
But of course all of this is just a prelude to the main event, our tour to EDEX, or the Egypt Defence Expo. This part of the trip has us taking part as official delegates, not just mere tourists, with us having the chance to hobnob with army generals from around the world, while checking out the latest military hardware on sale.
We may also get to fire some guns. This truly is a once in a lifetime type trip and will be strictly capped at 15 people first come first serve.
This tour comes directly after our trip to South Sudan, with flights linking Juba and Cairo.
