At YPT we don’t go looking for danger per se, but we certainly don’t balk when it hits us in the news. And this means that we actually travel to a few of the most dangerous cities in the world. Not though all of them to be fair.

What though are the most dangerous cities in the world, how do you visit them and indeed should you! YPT have our together our quintessential list, as well as alt travel guide danger seekers.

11 Most Dangerous Cities in the world

Judging ot of course declaring the most dangerous cities in the world is of course not just a controversial thing, but also hard ro quantify. Most murders? Most crime? ETC? Therefore we have used a mix of the above to get a list that most scholars agree on.

As is the tradition we will be counting down from 11 to 1 therefore saving the best/worst until last. Sincerely sorry if we offend anyone, but hey the facts do not lie.

11. Natal, Brazil

Natal is famous for beaches and tourist areas, but the city has one of Brazil’s highest murder rates per capita. Gang shootings, armed robberies, and street violence are common outside safe zones.
